He mentioned that he had interviewed many candidates, and felt that my approach and expertise stood out. We ended the call on a positive note, with the expectation that the Hiring Manager would contact me within the next few days to potentially move forward. However, more than a week has passed since then without any follow-up, and my attempts to reach out have not been answered. While the initial interaction was promising, the lack of communication afterward was disappointing. It's always beneficial for both parties when recruiters provide feedback or updates, as it helps maintain professionalism and respect throughout the recruitment process.
