Assessment test with different categories like problem solving, data interpretation and scenarios are given if the aptitude test is cleared then the next round will be an interview. The results of the assessment test is sent via mail so you can get a feedback on your performance. Also recommendations are given so there is room to improve.

The interview process was painful, with two rounds of interviews. After a few months, I had to stop the process because I found another job. I found a way of making the interviews productive because I proposed a new idea that became a manuscript a year later.
