The whole process took roughly 2 months: 1. Online Application 2. Online Tests (Numerical/ Verbal) 3. Video Interview 4. Assessment Day (1 and a half day with 5 different tasks) - Individual presentation - 2 group discussions - 1-1 role play - 1-1 interview

Application: many motivational questions, you gotta show your passion and genuine reason why you want to join the firm other than its reputation and good pay. Round 1 - Online test: quite different from the typical abstract test. There is no time limit so you have to be really careful with your answer. If you just choose randomly (somehow the system can detect it) the test will stop immediately. An email will be sent shortly to inform if you have made it to the next round or failed. Round 2: Video interview: I think this is up to the department as my friend from Procurement got the phone interview instead. For Video interview, you have to log in to a third-party platform, where you can practice and try recording yourself. For the actual test, you have only 1 minute to think about the question and 2-3 minutes to answer. 3-5 questions. The last question is free and easy so you can talk abt anything. Round 3: assessment centre: long day, with 2 group cases, 1 role-play, 1 interview and 1 presentation (with planning). The process is very very competitive because they only take in 1 this year. I did well for all except for the role play and possibly one group case so I missed it. Luckily they have a very fun and friendly HR guy to entertain us so that we wouldnt feel so stressed. You would get the result and feedback within 1-2 weeks.
