Formal written submission via agency (Indeed) for closing date of 7th April 2015, followed by face to face interview at the site with the manager on 20th April 2015. Then offered verbally over telephone, which I accepted, Then took about a month to set up contract via Lorien Resourcing, so didn't start until 8th June.
