One of the top interview experiences I've ever had. Everyone was lovely and the turnaround time after each round so fast. The recruiter was amazing and even hopped on a feedback call with me after the offer didn't work out. Even with the rejection, the process made me such a fan of the company (from all biz model, mission and culture perspective)! One piece of advice: the final round with the CEO is very unique and not related to product/healthcare so caught me a bit off guard (see interview q for an example) – just be aware!

An internal recruiter at Garner found me on LinkendIn. She was incredibly thoughtful and professional through the entire process. After our screening call, she set up an interview with the hiring manager. Garner uses a software for scheduling interview times which was incredibly efficient. The interview with the hiring manager was very product focused, and while it was an interesting exercise, it didn't leave me with much of an impression of what I could expect from the job. After that round, I spoke with more team members at a later date, more of a culture interview, This helped fill in the gaps I had after the interview with the hiring manager. I really enjoyed meeting Garner employees at this interview and could start to visualize myself working there. Finally, I had an interview with the CEO. The interview with the CEO was critical thinking/systems thinking interview where we discussed a hypothetical situation at length. Everyone I spoke to at Garner was very intelligent and thoughtful.
