There were 3 rounds in interview process. Interviewers were very friendly and knowledgeable. Most of the round were the discussions around the problems they have in current project and the expectation they have with this role. HR coordinator was very friendly and responded on time for all the emails and interview outcomes. The complete process took 2 - 3 weeks and offer was rolled out in 1-2 weeks after I accepted the offer. Round 1 - It was initial discussion with the project leads where they discussed about the project, work and company culture. They introduced me to their product on high level and we discussed about the approach to test their system effectively. For Round 2, They shared a problem on email and asked me to draft a test plan. This discussion was planned with project and devops lead. They have also given a simple coding problem to solve during the discussion. We also discussed about the automated testing, defects lifecycle and devops related things in this round. 3rd round was planned with CTO. It was a general discussion where we discussed about the company plans and expectation with this role.
