      Did the first 2 rounds of interviews. INTERVIEW n1: Duration: 30 min Introduce yourself – background and quick CV run through. Why this position? Why Gartner? Be inquisitive and ask a lot of questions about the job, culture, opportunities, pay… The interviewer will assess your fit and motivations and general energy and capabilities. INTERVIEW n2: Duration: 1h30 Video call. Questions (non-exhaustive): • Why this position? Why sales? • Where else did you apply? • Can you tell me about your understanding of the 4 traits you will be assessed against? • Can you tell me about a time you received a feedback you disagreed with and have worked on implementing it? • Can you tell me about a time you had to overcome a difficult situation and what was the result? • Questions about building and maintaining relationships. • Demonstrate your ability to stand up when you fall (e.g. a client cancelled a sale last minute and how you move on and get back to work hard a get that next client). - Questions about your understanding of the role and the Gartner. READ and learn properly the 2 documents shared by email from the interviewer. Gartner 101 & Gartner at a glance. Role Play: A short context is given – you call a client with which you had prior emails. Apply your knowledge of what your position is about. 4 traits: • Executive Presence- ability to add value, build and develop trust-based client relationships • Clock speed- ability to quickly understand information and make actionable decisions • Pathway to Gold- understanding of your sales process and how you look to continually improve • Will to Win- how do you overcome challenges to achieve the highest levels of success
