Very intense, but one of the best interview processes I have been through. Having been contacted though LinkedIn, I had three phone interviews and an assessment centre. Each phone interview intensified, and it was hugely important to understand the feedback recieved each call. Finally the assessment centre involved 2 panel interviews lasting between 60-90 minutes, and a mock sales call. Again, really enjoyed the process, more challenging than any other process i've done (and i've done a few), very competent recruiters.

Putting yourself in my shoes, why should we not hire you based off what we've seen today?

Difficult interview process - 5 rounds for the graduate role but if you are an intern the summer before you can convert - but they may put you in SDP if you are not quite ready yet - the interview panel is difficult

A phone interview asking me about interest in the role and the company not too difficult but did not progress me. Took a couple of weeks to get back to me and provided no feedback.

The first stage was an initial interview with a graduate recruiter who was really kind and professional. He put me through to the second stage and even had a prep call on Teams with me. The second stage was another interview with a sales recruiter, but he was a nightmare. An incredibly unprofessional young man with a messy hair and stained t-shirt swinging on his gaming chair. Made me do some nonsense sales roleplay. Good sales technique is not something you test but train when it's a graduate role.

Can you give me an example of a situation where you turned a "no" into a "yes"?
