After submitting your CV and catching interest, you receive a brief 30-minute phone call in which the recruiter asks you about the reasons why you are pursuing this position, why you chose Gartner, your professional experience, and your eligibility to work in the country of the job posting. After that, there is a second interview which lasts about 1 hour. They go over some of the things they asked you in the first interview and then they move on to behavioral-based questions to determine if your traits align with those desired for the role (Pathway to Gold, Quick Learner, Executive Presence, Will to Win, Lifelong Learner, Integrity). Finally, you go on to a roleplay phase.
