on campus info session, then schedule the 1-1 interview, the whole recruiting process is clear and easy to understand. half an hour per person, covered behavior and a bit technical background check.
It was mostly a combination of basic behavioral questions and technical questions. A series of four interviews were done back to back. Followed by lunch and dinner meetings with other employees at the company.

I got the interview through an info session in my department. I submitted my resume online, once I was contacted about an interview I had to submit a short campus recruitment online application form. On campus interview with 2 current employees. Ran very behind schedule but the interview was comfortable.
