I applied online and got called by a recruiter the next day who asked me questions and let me know more about the job I applied for and other openings in the area. I was set up with an interview and met with the boss and got a tour the next week. I had an offer the following day.

Phone interview with very basic HR questions, met with the DOR in person and discussed my experience and basic clinical questions. Very straight-forward and easy interview. Hiring process was completed online through their domain, again, super easy.

I actively sought the recruiter to apply for the position. The facility I was applying to was in desperate need for a therapist and I was looking to find a clinical fellowship opportunity, which is somewhat difficult in my area. The in-person interview with the Director of Rehab was rudimentary, consisting of a brief tour and introductions to the therapy staff present that day. Any questions posed were largely from me, attempting to demonstrate my interest and secure an offer. I was contacted the same day by the recruiter with an offer.
