Was told the daily opperations of the department and was given a review of the monthly calendar of daily activity sessions. I was given a copy of the organizations official job description and a list of responsibilites for the position. We discussed scheduling of work hours and I was given a tour of the facility. I was also introduced to several residents and staff.
