I was contacted by a recruiter while I was doing my level II clinical at a Genesis SNF. After a brief phone conversation with him I was sent an information packet along with an application for employment. My recruiter was very helpful and answered all of my questions while guiding me through the hiring process. My initial interview was done over the telephone with the rehab director of the facility I was to work at, I was then asked to come in for a more formal interview as well as a tour of the facility. The staff I met recieved me well and were friendly from the onset, the rehab director was very helpful and informative pertaining to licensure and certification requirements and my ability to work while waiting for them.

How do you deal with stress specially when you get angry. it takes one week to get all the paperwork done and get hired. It is a great company to work for. Transfer process is easy.
