I applied online, never heard a response and emailed the recruiter. Was set up with an interview at the Norristown location. The interview was difficult because they told me I was the first person they were interviewing and that they were unprepared with questions. I felt that left me at a tough disadvantage because a lot of time was spent on them thinking up questions

There was basic questions - asking about experience in HR and questions related to privacy issues, etc. But the most difficult part of the interview was sitting there in an awkward silence while they tried to come up with questions. As a management position, I felt they should have been much more prepared to ask the right questions to seek out the right candidate

Overall interview process was standard for the industry. The first interactions with HR/recruiter were positive and pleasurable. However, interviewing onsite at the rehab center (Kingston Court) was anything but enjoyable. The administrator for that location was late for the interview (enough so that I should have left without interviewing) and very unorganized. He was unprepared for the interview and some questions unrelated to the position or job. Honestly, left comfortable with the knowledge that I would be okay not working with the rehab center or staff. I also now understand why the turnover rate is what I've heard. I'm hoping others have had more positive experiences but I would not recommend applying or interviewing for this particular rehab center for those in the area (unless the administration/management changes).

There was and initial phone interview, followed by the in person interview. The facility director was really nice and described the role as well as changes happening in the facility. Overall, the interview was smooth and did not feel rushed.
