The interview was straight forward and honest. I appreciated this. I was given a tour of the building before the interview. The interview was with the management team. They were all very friendly and without pretense. It is hard enough going to an interview, it was nice that they didn't add extra pressure which would have been unnecessary in this case. It took a week and a half for them to complete the background check, I thought that was lengthy.

The interview process was very simple and direct. Expectations and roles are clearly described. The interviewer allowed time for questions and assisted with answers that they were not completely sure on.

There was basically no interview. Walked in as a new grad with 0 experience and was immediately offered a position. They are obviously understaffed with agency nurses on every unit. Not safe to work here.

Everyone was friendly and professional. I received a tour of the facility and a printed version of the job description. The staff were relaxed and informative. Quick to respond to questions via email and phone.
