Overall, the recruitment process was disappointing and disorganized. Despite multiple job postings for the same role across various cities, there was a notable lack of clarity and consistency.
After applying online, I was connected with a recruiter and had a smooth interview with the hiring manager, covering typical questions. I was informed of multiple available PM positions across different teams, with the assurance that candidates would be evaluated for each role.
However, communication abruptly ceased for nearly six weeks after the interview, despite numerous follow-up emails receiving no response. When I finally contacted the recruiter by phone, I learned the position might be filled by another candidate, but it's not confirmed yet. Additionally, no mention of other roles left the process unclear and disappointing, especially given the prolonged silence and lack of updates from a reputed tech company.
Furthermore, the fact that the job listings remained active even after months suggests a lack of intent to hire or potentially creating a false impression and deepening the disappointment with the entire experience.

The process included a recruiter screening, a skills-based interview, and a final interview with the team lead. Each interviewer was well-prepared and asked insightful questions. I appreciated the timely communication and clear feedback at each step

Typical Recruiter - Team Manager - Hiring Manager interview pipeline. But after the hiring manager phase, they just dont answer anymore. This happened to me twice where I was left in a blank state by the recruiters.
Hr interview and meeting with team members. Friendly team members but unorganized company. Scope of work is not well defined. I didn’t get clear answers to my questions. Questions were standard and predictable.
