Very disorganized, long process, took over month and scheduling was on their schedule with no respect for the interviewee's time. When you have a job already it's difficult to explain 3-hour absences at 1pm. All departments were unresponsive and the position description was vague, details seemed like they were still being hammered out well into the interview process as to what the job would entail.
