In the initial interview, the recruiter laid out the timeline for me and set the expectation of how things would go. I made it through to the final stage of panel interviews and then heard nothing back. It has been over a month since my last interview. I emailed the recruiters twice for an update but did not receive a reply. As a hiring manager, I would never treat someone like that, just dismiss them. If they made it to the final rounds of interviews, they would receive a personal call from me. To not receive a call from the recruiter, hiring manager and not even and email rejection letter that was unprofessional and rude! In retrospect, I am glad that I am not working for a company that treats people this way! Beware that this company will ghost you if you are not chosen as the final candidate.
