The process went fine. I had a screening interview with the recruiter. She was very friendly and open to answer different questions. The next interview was a technical screening which went also smooth. The questions were from different areas and had different grade of difficulty, but were not very uncomfortable if you worked in the field. The third step was a codility test with some problems of different grades of difficulty (easy, medium, medium-difficult). Tip: hackerrank is a good resource. The last step was a series of interviews with different teams (coding, system architecture, software architecture, soft skills). The difficulty of these interviews was medium. The interviewers were friendly and they did not try to confuse.

The HR interview experience itself was positive, the recruiter was friendly, professional, and the conversation seemed well aligned with both the role and my background. What was disappointing was receiving a rejection the next day stating that the decision was made after reviewing my CV. Since the interview had already taken place and my experience matched the role requirements quite closely, this felt confusing and somewhat unprofessional. I’d appreciate a more thorough CV screening before scheduling interviews, to better respect candidates’ time.
