I applied via theri carreer page very easily, you only need to prepare a cover letter in addition to the cv.
For the first step i received an email with a link to a "Universal Cognitive and Personality Assessment test".
The deadline to complete this test is 72h.
I did not make it to the interview.

Domanda 1
The test is in english, lasts in total about 40 minutes and it's divided in 3 parts:
1 personality assessment
2 logical thinking assessment (It reminded me of the university entrance test, there are a total of 40 logic questions and you have 20 minutes to try to answer as many as possible)
3 Excel test (if you know excel it's quite easy, just a bit tricky if you are not used to excel terminology in english)
