I applied online with a referral from my friend (I think it's impossible to get even noticed without a referral to this company). Approximately 2 weeks later an HR emailed me and scheduled a phone call. Did the interview with the HR and was the most absurd phone call I've ever had, it's like the HR wasn't even listening to me and I can hear the HR chatting with his/her friend while I'm answering the question he/she asked. Nevertheless, they gave me an assignment to work on, and I had a week to finish it. A week went by, I submitted the assignment and had to wait another week before I decided to email the HR just to get a confirmation that he/she has received my assignment. HR replied that it's well-received and it usually takes 3-7 days to process. 10 days gone by and I emailed again asking the status of my application, no answer until 2 weeks later a template email went to my spam saying that I've been rejected. I worked on the assignment day and night, every day for a week, submitted over than 20 pages of work. Considering how difficult and the number of questions they assign to me, a template rejection email being sent after days of unresponsive HR was so irritating. I didn't even get the chance to had an interview with the user to explain my work, or even basic knowledge about the role, they just rejected me with no apparent reason.

The interview process started with HR interview then the SQL and Data visualization take home test. Next continuing with several user interviews where I was asked some logical thinking, study case, and also thinking process
