Gong.io is the best interview process I have ever been through. Many SAAS startups will say their culture is outstanding but, you really FEEL that here at Gong! My first phone screen with Rob Thomasson was the best phone screen I've ever had. It is clear that Rob really cares about getting to know each candidate as a person, what skillset they have, and what skillset/career goals they are looking to achieve. He went above and beyond the initial interview questions and asked me specifically about my experiences and my interests. As I was considering other opportunities, Rob went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information I needed and my timeline was accounted for when I was considering the best next step for my career. The next step, I chatted with Christina Fetyko. As my recruiting coordinator, she went above and beyond to ensure I had an incredible experience. Christina has a natural ability to make everyone around her feel comfortable and excited about their interview process. She sat with me and got to know me. She offered her experiences with Gong and why she is so happy she gets to get up everyday and come work. During my interview process I met with a few Managers of Customer Success and the VP of Success. It's clear that the Customer Success function at Gong is very mature, organized, and focused on their customers (to create raving fans!). The leadership team, the customer success team, and everyone at Gong is very friendly, fun-loving, and committed to bringing their best selves to work to ensure a great working environment, product, and customer experience!
