There were 3 vague rounds and the questions were something you would hear from a toddler. Very basic and had no clear vision of what they wanted. 1. HR round which was super vague. 2. Some head of content who could've just stopped my profile from going forward if she felt if I wasn't fit but went ahead. 3. Final round with content director which was super lengthy and I though I would be interviewing for a day. Most boring round of all. They said they liked the creative background I had and all but thought I wouldn't "fit" in the L&D team even after me mentioning I'll be fine with it. True fact is they wanted someone cheaper and had no guts to say it in the interview. Advice- Stop wasting candidate time, it's as precious as your company's.
