Did not get through any interview after submitting my resume for a role that is relevant. They just rejected me on the spot. Took me 1-2 weeks to confirm on this rejection (at least they explicitly stated that) Also applied through referral. Seems like it's competitive.

What is your greatest accomplishment in your career
They reached out to me via LinkedIn, and we scheduled an interview. The initial interview went well however, they did not get back to me afterward. I sent many emails, but they did not reply to any of them. It was extremely unprofessional.
Not very personable. When I asked about salary expectations they lowballed and said there's no room for negotiation and that only managers make the salary I asked for (I was making it already as a non-manager)
