Was contacted by recruiter by an email saying that they found my resume in their database. I was pleasantly surprised and agreed for a phone interview which also involves Google doc coding.

Initially heard from the recruiter, that consisted of a basic background questions which led to a phone interview with the team lead. Sometimes the process was a little slow and recruiter was not very responsive.
Interview with team lead was non technical (not expected), and consisted of generic questions. Seemed like the person had not reviewed my resume before the call. Overall the interview process was as expected.
