I got a cold call from a recruiter. There was initially one short phone screen(20min) with the recruiter, followed by two phone interviews (approx 45min each) with engineers. After that another recruiter, handling advanced interview stages, gets involved. This leads to five on-site interviews (45min-1hour each) and about a week later you learn the outcome.

The interview lasted 45 minutes and was conducted one-on-one. I was required to walk through my thought process before coding and then implement an optimized solution with a focus on time complexity.
