October 3rd: I submitted my application. October 6th: I got contacted by my recruiter to set up technical interviews. October 17th: Tried to interview but second interviewer was sick and cancelled and first interviewer had technical problems. October 21st: Finally interviewed. October 24th: I received an offer. Note that this was 1 business day after, I got to skip the hiring committee because I apparently did extraordinarily well in the phone interview. On average though it’s 3 to 4 weeks after your interview before you get a decision; so late November.
