From the start to the end you will go through at least 4 interviews, starting from a phone interview with the recruiter and at least 3 on-site interviews. On-site interviews focused on your job-specific skills, team and culture fit and cognitive skills ( how articulate you are, how structured etc.) However, I have found a lot of questions without real purpose and instead of looking for an appropriate answer, you should look for what a person in front of you expect the answer to be.

Apparently only 2 rds of interviews this process. Though the 2nd interview consists of 2 45min interviews in one.

Currently interviewing, would love to learn other's experience. I passed both assessments online, they were pretty easy and took about 30-40min each. Did a phone screening, now waiting for interviews.
