This is typical online recruiting process. Asking basic questions to match with your CV and job description. Then after that 3 weeks, there is email to rejected without any explanation. Yes, zero reason why I am not qualified. I assume they found a better suitable person.
Call and in person interview with the manager and the person in the position . It took about two weeks and they were thirty minutes each. I met them at headquaeters
The Interview process was smooth with GD, followed by Interview both — technical and HR. It was smooth and no hurdles were expected during the interview. The interviewers weee friendly and provided time to think before answering.

O processo de entrevista foi dividido em três etapas. Primeiro, uma triagem por telefone com o setor de RH. Em seguida, participei de uma entrevista técnica com o gestor da área. Por fim, houve uma entrevista final com a liderança, onde discutimos minha experiência, expectativas e valores da empresa. O processo foi bem estruturado, transparente e me senti à vontade em todas as fases.
