The first step was that I had a phone interview. After that, there was a follow-up series of questions that I had to answer by video and essay format. The final step was flying down to HQ.

The sales managers played good cop bad cop. They were REALLY young and one wore sun glasses the whole time. Nothing too difficult.
The process was pretty easy and straight forward. Depending on level usually a couple rounds of interviews but just depends. We’re all done virtually and less than one hour. Very responsive during whole process.
Challenging. Structured. Three questions. Requires structured answers. Emphasis on role related knowledge and cognitive ability. Very relevant to role. I would do case studies and have examples of oast experiences written in an understandable form as reference

They sent a survey asking roughly 50 behavioral questions. I thought the questions were easy, but they were looking for specific responses based on the questions asked. Multiple choice questions.
