The process considered of two interviews:
- with the H&R, usual behavioral questions and general google tools and products questions.
- with the manager you will work for: very specific, very oriented to the specific job. for a sales person can be "sales me this", or "how would you convince a client to buy google ads?"

You have 3 minutes to sell online ads in Brasil for a clothes market client. GO!
The process was pretty easy and straight forward. Depending on level usually a couple rounds of interviews but just depends. We’re all done virtually and less than one hour. Very responsive during whole process.
Challenging. Structured. Three questions. Requires structured answers. Emphasis on role related knowledge and cognitive ability. Very relevant to role. I would do case studies and have examples of oast experiences written in an understandable form as reference

They sent a survey asking roughly 50 behavioral questions. I thought the questions were easy, but they were looking for specific responses based on the questions asked. Multiple choice questions.
