First start by greeting them, don't sit until and unless they ask you be confident(not overconfident), don't show your nervousness on your face, always use professional words and when you sit on the chair just sit comfortably but don't bend keep your back straight, don't beat the bush around stick on points and be expressive and creative, try to use good vocabulary, don't make use of your hands too much

Nobody could understand even a single word of English. The office was very cramped and they didn't even have a coffee machine. My doghouse is bigger than Mr Picchai's Office. I don't know how they have been operating for so long. They have to be under severe debt. I'd rather use Bing.
