Submitted my application online and got scheduled for a phone screening with a recruiter about two weeks later, went onsite for four 30 minute interviews each with a different person, and one last onsite followup interview with senior manager in consideration for a higher level role.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.

3 rounds of interview, excluding HR screening. Each interview have about 4 - 6 qns, testing past examples from your work experience, as well as how you may solve future hypothetical problems. You have to be prepared for role-related questions.
