There are five stages in the hiring process
Stage one - interview with HR. The main purpose is to check motivation and to perform basic screening.
Stage two - Sales pitch. It’s a role play where manager acts like your client and in 1h you have to find out what the client’s needs and offer him a solution
- 3 interviews in a row (Cognitive abilities, RRK, Googleyness)
The process is really complicated, questions are really detailed. Need to prepare. Wishing you all huge success! I had 3 rounds and a prep call. Recruiters are really easy going and responsive.

Disorganized recruiting with random meeting invites with no explanations. Interviewer wasn’t welcoming at all and seemed to not care at all about the interview. The feedback call after the interview sounded like recruiter was reading an AI generating summary of the interview, which felt not personal at all. Overall awful experience.
