Everyone I dealt with was very friendly. The initial phone interview was pretty basic. Mostly traditional interview questions as opposed to behavior based ones (ie. Tell me about a time when...). The interviewer told me that I would hear back within a week, but it actually took almost two weeks for a response. They set a date for an in person interview, but did not give an exact time until the evening before, which was frustrating. When I got to the building, other candidates for the same position were waiting for an interview as well, which made me a little nervous. They put each of us in a separate room where we were interviewed in half hour increments by three interviewers, one at a time. It was a very casual setting and at times I felt more like I was conversing with the interviewer than being interviewed for a job. I thought it went very well - one of the interviewers even said I was "a delight" - but I was not offered the job.
