Very straightforward and laid back. They reached out to me about a role that I didn’t think fit my abilities. Not sure why they reached out knowing this. Was not an ideal experience but was interesting to talk with recruiter and the team.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
