Participated in a Google AdCamp in fall 2018 and was selected to interview for an Associate Account Strategist position. Participated in a three round super-day where I was interviewed by two Google employees and made it to the final cut. Interviewed one last time but did not make it past the final round.

Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
