Initial online application, quickly received phone screen invitation, 2 additional phone interviews. Overall, it was what you would expect from an interview. Google hires personalities, so just be prepared to show off your personality and to be yourself! Great company overall and I wish all of you the best of luck in interviews.

5 interviews over the course of a few weeks, last interview was with the director of the org. This was in 2016, so they were asking questions that weren't as pertinent to the role at that time.

Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
