Then was basically allowed to pitch myself, with some gentle surmization.
More casual than I thought, despite historical assumptions of yore.
There were no tests, no case study/scenario put in front of me.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.

3 rounds of interview, excluding HR screening. Each interview have about 4 - 6 qns, testing past examples from your work experience, as well as how you may solve future hypothetical problems. You have to be prepared for role-related questions.
