After HR interview which was successful, my resume was declined with notes 'not enough experience' by next interviewer. But thanks to HR person - the communication was really cute and productive any case.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
