Para el proceso, me invitaron a una primera entrevista con camara apagada, en donde me hicieron un par de preguntas sobre mi CV. Luego, varias preguntas hipoteticas. Las recuerdo como preguntas muy especificas de analisis, te dejaban tomarte cierto tiempo para pensarlas pero creo que eran preguntas que requerian un mejor tiempo de analisis para dar mejor respuesta

Very short process. I only had three interviews: one with a Talent Partner, one with a strategist and another with a manager. They asked me about my background and interest in the role. They also asked situational questions like what I do if X happened as a strategist or if client Y with this background needed your advertising advice what would you recommend.

It was one of the best interview processes ever. The recruiter was quite clear. She explained everything in the beginning so I had a transparent process.
The process took around 5 weeks to finalize. Whenever I e-mailed them I received an answer within at least 2 days.
