Initial screening was professional. But then they needed to switch the visit date several times on short notice. Many of the people who were supposed to be there that day were out. My sense is they had already decided to go a different direction. It is also possible that the late summer time frame did not work well in terms of having people around. The day involved several interviews and a presentation.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.

3 rounds of interview, excluding HR screening. Each interview have about 4 - 6 qns, testing past examples from your work experience, as well as how you may solve future hypothetical problems. You have to be prepared for role-related questions.
