The process was extremely professional and overall very nice. The recruiter made sure I knew exactly what to expect in every step of the process. There were no surprises. The first interview was an initial call with the recruiter, where I was asked organisational questions (i.e. starting date, salary expectations) and 1-2 "How would you address problem XYZ" and "Tell me about a time when..." questions. In the second interview, I had to do a mock sales pitch. I was send some preparation material in advance and then had to prepare a mock sales pitch. The third interview consisted of three different interview with people from the potential team. It was 3 x 45 minutes and all questions were open ended questions. Some were easy and were mentioned here before and some were trickier where they try to understand how you address difficult problems.
