Email reach out. Connect with recruiter and then interview with team member. Interview was 45 min long and questions were exactly what I expected after doing some basic research online.
standard interview screening process with a designer after the recruiter contacted. walked through the project and answered some follow up questions with a few minutes left to ask the interviewer questions.

it was smooth until I reached to the final stage where there were a panel of 6 people to interview me. I get nervous and confused on so many question which I feel like I had their answers.
