Google Hangout Interviews with hiring manager and cross functional manager. Each had their own meeting on Google Hangout for 30 minutes. Process was quick, notified of meetings 24 hours before confirming schedule and within 24 hours of last interview received confirmation to start.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
