The interview process took 2 months
4 Rounds (including recruiter round). 45 minute each after the recruiter round with a mix of behavioral questions and situational questions.
The recruiter was very responsive and communicative throughout the interview process but went radio silent afterwards.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
