I applied through an employee referral, and got the interviews scheduled in the following week. They redirected me to the Software Engineering Internship. The recruiters were helpful and answered promptly. Both interviewers, however, showed up late, the second wasn't able to find the Hangouts link, so he called by phone. The first interviewer gave some basic problems, but ignored my suggestions for more effective algorithms, telling me to stick with the bruteforce approach. The second one didn't seem to know Python at all (though interviews were supposed to be in it), and we spent the whole time on a version control problem (area which wasn't even supposed to be on the interview). Overall the interviews left a very negative impression.
