It was thorough and detailed but very interesting. A lot of interesting applications and thought questions improved my thinking. Also the interviewer was so nice and made me feel relaxed.
Google’s marketing intern process begins with a resume screen, followed by an initial recruiter call. Shortlisted candidates undergo two to three rounds of video interviews assessing "Googleyness," leadership, and Role-Related Knowledge (RRK). If successful, you enter team matching and a hiring committee review before receiving a final internship offer.

It was pretty straightforward; they asked a lot of questions about marketing and digital marketing in general. Any sort of relevant work experience and internships count and matter a lot. If you really are passionate about marketing, go for it.

nerve-racking but also somewhat chill. i felt really intimidated but it was one of the first interviews I have ever done so that makes sense why I felt intimidated I guess
