the HR is very informative, send schedules and interviewers info beforehand. Fast reply.
The interview itself is not as serious as I expected. A lot of behavioral and hypothetical questions. Better to prepare for common questions asked so the answers will be more structured.

How would you do a pitching to a completely new client?
The process was pretty easy and straight forward. Depending on level usually a couple rounds of interviews but just depends. We’re all done virtually and less than one hour. Very responsive during whole process.
Challenging. Structured. Three questions. Requires structured answers. Emphasis on role related knowledge and cognitive ability. Very relevant to role. I would do case studies and have examples of oast experiences written in an understandable form as reference

They sent a survey asking roughly 50 behavioral questions. I thought the questions were easy, but they were looking for specific responses based on the questions asked. Multiple choice questions.
