Recruiter call, 1 "fit" interview with peer to determine leveling, then 4 virtual onsite interviews. This took about 1 month. Team match then took 4 months of calls with potential teams. Some felt more like interviews, some were laid-back conversations.

The interview scheduling was long and had multiple cancellations throughout the process, causing a delay and misalignment in expectations. The interviewer was not prepared/informed on what questions to ask which was really disappointing, especially considering company like Google.
